In this 8-week class, you'll learn the basics of pinch, slab, and coil building in this explorative class through instructor-chosen demos which will be adapted to each class and dependent on student requests. You'll have full creative flexibility on what you want to learn and make. The possibilities are endless so please come prepared with some ideas!

• Introductory glazing

• Underglazing

• Reductive/additive texture

• Class time

• Firing for up to 8 pots (additional pots may be purchased)

Pottery made in this class will be finished within 2 weeks of glazing day and will be kept in the studio for 3 more weeks before removal from the studio.
