About the Course
This class is intended for students who are confident with introductory throwing skills. If you are struggling with centering and/or pulling/lifting the walls of your pots, please consider one of our available beginner classes offered this session.
In this class, students will collectively choose a challenging project to pursue for the 6-week course. Demos will be centered around one of the following projects:
Classes meet from 1:30pm-4:00pm on the following days: 7/30, 8/6, 8/13, 8/20, 8/27, (NO CLASS 9/3), Glazing Day 9/10

Full payment must be made up front. 50% may be refunded if you cancel 24 hours or more in advance of the first meeting of your class.
Any unused classes are forfeit and not subject to a refund.
Classes are open to students 18+ at this time. Youth classes are not yet available.
Pottery made in this class will be finished within 2 weeks of glazing day.
Pottery will be kept in the studio until 10/21/2023 at which time it will be discarded if left unclaimed.
Included in this class: class time, 25# clay, glazing materials, firing costs, and open studio time.
Open studio will be offered at a first come, first served basis in time frames when staff is present and wheels are available. Open Studio schedule will be posted in the studio. Missed classes may be made up between weeks 1-5 during these times. Otherwise there is no guarantee for any missed classes.
